just because you editted the model slightly does not give you the right to dismiss the creators wishes ;/ please read the bio more closely, and recommended to take it down.
Unless the original modeler said that you could use it, I'm pretty sure you can't redistribute this model to the public. This person had already taken down and refused to put their other models up for DL due to problems like these, and the reselling of it as well.

If you could respect the rules at least, that would be nice. Not only did you download it and put it on VRC, you ignored their readme, and their wishes. You also refuse to take it down when people announced that in the readme.txt is specifically says "Do not re-distribute this Model Data". As well of it saying, "If you make and upload something against these rules, I may request you to remove it and stop using this model." Take it upon yourself, and consider deleting this.
